On Death and Dying in Iraq

On Saturday, a die-in was held to honor the 3000 "official" American soldiers killed in Iraq. The number, according to other estimates is as high as 10,000. Turns out the U.S. only counts those who die on the ground, not those in hospitals or those who die from wounds after transport out of Iraq. They still haven't officially counted any dead from the attack on Forward Base Falcon on October 10, 2006, either.

Also, please check out my "It's SOOOOO BIGGGGGG!" post a few more posts down. I seem to be able to get my photo thing working again, and I really want your comments on that one.

Thank you!
