Keep Your Eyes Open!
An economics department head tells me he starts out his classes by asking his students to look up certain things in the index of the text: genocide, rape, misoginy, racism, drugs, poverty, and many other things. The kids write them down and then start to look, and they don't find these things. They start telling the professor this. All of these things have economic factors and none of them are in your text. So it is often more important what you don't see, than what is being shown.
For the last two days in a row, The Oregonian, an alleged newspaper in the Portland, Oregon area, has had two FLUFF pieces for headlines. When one pays close attention to the media, it usually follows a certain pattern. With so much happening in the world, when there are two fluff pieces in a row for headlines, my interest in what is going on in the world peaks. The major media usually follows the pattern of covering up illegal activities of the government.
As well, there is another apparent "fluff" terrorist plot allegedly planned by a group being called the "Florida Seven." Like the Portland Seven being used to cover up illegal activities of the U.S. government, the Florida Seven seem to be in the same situation.

The two fluff pieces and this fluff case means, if U.S. media patterns are consistent, that there is some shit happening in the background that they don't want you to know.
There are two immediate threats of major war in the near future to be illegally enacted upon by the United States criminal Government.
North Korea stands to test a long range missle. The U.S. according to genocidal Rice is attempting to take a position of no negotiations. You don't negotiate, that puts you on the verge of war. Were it not for the genocidal Bush administration stating that North Korea was part of this invisible "Axis of Evil," they would not have taken to restarting their nuclear weapons program, as they are terrified the U.S. will come after them like they illegally invaded and commit genocide in Iraq.
Iran is pushing forward with their nuclear program, and the Bush admistration is ignoring what they are stating they are using it for, and again not wanting to negotiate. War looms in the distance.
Hitachi and GE have signed a contract worth $5.2 billion to build two nuclear power plants.

There has been a derailment of a nuclear waste shipment in Michigan, and "Operation Divine Strake" is back on schedule for this fall. Divine Strake is a bomb test of 700 tons of amonium nitrate and fuel oil on the Nevada Test Site. This will give millions of dollars in FREE MONEY to the Bechtel Corporation, since they run the site. GM and many auto manufacturing companies are making major cuts in their workforce. Though they are buyouts of jobs for early retirements, it takes at least 49,000 jobs out of our economy.

The city of Ramadi in Iraq last I heard was completely surrounded by U.S. and Iraqi forces ready to make a Fallujah II. I haven't been able to find any updates from this weekend about activities in this area.
Congress is planning on giving total spying powers to the criminal who stole our alleged Government, GW Bush. He will soon have complete alleged legal violation of the U.S.eless Constitution, and he will have further power to impose martial law on any dissent should these powers be handed over to him by those who don't believe in allegations of freedom.

Because nations like Venezuela are nationalizing their oil which lays threat to U.S. military and its CORPORATE owners, who, for the most part, are oil business billionaires, means we could be slaughtering people to the south for the wealth of the few, soon. That, or the U.S. corporate military may start facing some serious challenges in lack of resources.

So, keep your heads up and your eyes open. Considering the U.S. media consistent pattern, things like fluff headlines and bullshit like the Florida Seven means some serious shit is coming down, locally, globally, and/or all points in between and all around. May happen in the next week or so. I certainly hope I am wrong, however, and will be glad to say so should none of the above instances come to fruition.
