Constitutional Discussion Group

One thing that really stood out for me about the Chavez led Revolution in Venezuela is the people knew their rights. You could see copies of the constitution tacked to the walls of peoples shacks. You could see many thousands of people who know their rights. You could see many people willing to stand up for their rights even in the face of the horrific threat from the fascist wealthy of the Venezuelan nation. They knew their rights.

This motivated me to read the horrifically outdated, racist, sexist, elitist U.S. Constitution, which, well, of the five or so constitutions I've read, really sucks.

It took me two days to trudge through the horrifically boring bullshit known as the U.S. Constitution. I know many people tout it, but few have read the excessively boring, racist, sexist, elitist, outdated document. Reading it, it is easy for me to see how it is WIDE open for the corruption of the wealthy elitists of this nation, and wouldn't you know it, that IS exactly what happens.

Rhonda and I would like to start a discussion group not only about the U.S. constitution, but many constitutions used throughout this world, as well as a discussion on human rights using something as silly as the actual UN Declaration on Human Rights.

Anyone feel up to this?
